Step 1 - Required Documents
Before you begin, please ensure that you have high quality electronic copies (PDF or jpg format only) of the following documents on hand to upload while completing your application. Your application can not be processed until all of the listed documents are received.
For our new student:
- Birth Certificate
- Passport
- Emirates ID (front and back)*
- DHA Medical form - click here to download this form to your PC and open in Adobe Reader to complete.
- Immunisation records from birth - if no records are available please submit this letter (and open in Adobe Reader to complete)
- Last 2 academic reports from current school
- Any recent Individual Education Plans (IEP) - if applicable
- Transfer Certificate from current school - click here to download a template that can be used by schools outside of the UAE.
For our new parents:
- Passport
- Emirates ID (front and back)* or Visa if Emirates ID is still under process
- Application Fee Receipt
* We understand that often the process to obtain your Emirates ID can take some time. We are able to begin enrolment while you complete the process to receive your family Emirates ID. As soon as the Emirates ID are available, parents are required to submit them to the school.
Step 2 - Application Fee
An application fee of 500 AED per student must be paid before your application is processed. Payment can be made with cash or card at our school reception or by bank transfer to the follow account:

Please use your surname as the payment reference and save a copy of the transaction receipt to provide to us.
Step 3 - Application Form
As per Dubai's Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), the following matters may affect an applicant's entitlement to enrolment:
Failure to adequately complete this enrolment form, disclose important information and provide appropriate documents as per school and KHDA requirements
The applicant is not of correct age for enrolment
The School Principal reasonably believes that the applicant presents an unacceptable risk to the safety or wellbeing of members of the school community
Upon submission you will receive an automatic acknowledgement email when your application has been successfully submitted. If you do not receive an email, your application has not been received.
