Admission Process
Thank you for considering AIS Dubai for your child’s education. We are excited to support you through a smooth and transparent enrolment journey. Here is a step-by-step guide to joining the AIS family.
Submit your Application
Complete the AIS Application Form. It is essential that all forms are fully completed and documentation provided before moving to the next step. If some documents are temporarily unavailable, our team will advise if you can proceed.
Note: For international transfers (Grade 2 and above), please ensure all certificates and report cards are attested before leaving your current country. This applies to all countries except North America, Western Europe, and Australia.
Enrolment Interview
Once your documentation is submitted and reviewed, you will be invited to book an enrolment interview. The Enrolments Team will arrange the interview and notify you of the time. A confirmation call will be made within 1 working day prior to the scheduled interview. This interview provides an opportunity to understand your child's academic readiness, values, and overall, for our community.

Primary & Secondary
Interview takes approximately 30-45 minutes. For Secondary students the interview
includes elective course selection.
Acceptance
The Head of School will decide on the outcome of the enrolment application, with
parents notified by email if they have been successful.
If you are accepted, a non-refundable Enrolment Deposit and completed Enrolment
Agreement will be required within one week to secure the enrolment.

School Tour
We invite you to book a personalised school tour to determine if AIS Dubai is the right fit for your family. Our tours are conducted by appointment only and provide an opportunity to explore our facilities, understand our curriculum, and address any questions you may have. If you are not currently in Dubai, we are happy to arrange an online meeting to support your transition to the city. As tours are often booked up to 4 weeks in advance, we encourage you to schedule early to avoid disappointment.
