Student Leadership

At AIS Dubai, student leadership is a vital part of our school community, reflecting responsibility, dedication, and a commitment to excellence. Our student leaders serve as role models, demonstrating integrity, respect, and a strong commitment to the wellbeing of the AIS community.

Student leaders help shape a positive school culture by planning and hosting weekly events that enrich campus life, build school pride, and strengthen connections across our diverse community.

All leaders are expected to uphold the highest standards of behaviour and discipline while embodying our core values of integrity, tolerance, wisdom, compassion, and courage.

Leadership at AIS Dubai is organised into three key categories that foster student growth and engagement: School Pillar Captains, House Captains and the Student Representative Council (SRC).

Student leaders are selected through a rigorous process that includes written applications, interviews, and speeches, with final decisions made by a panel.
