Pillar Leadership

Our leadership program is built around five key pillars that reflect the spirit of AIS:

  • • Academic
  • • Cultural
  • • Community
  • • Sporting
  • • Wellbeing

Pillar Leaders are elected through a rigorous process involving written applications, interviews, and speeches, with final decisions made by a panel.

Student Representative Council (SRC)

The SRC represents students from Pre-KG to Year 12, fostering leadership skills while helping students understand school procedures and effective leadership practices. Leaders collaborate in committees to plan and implement projects throughout the year.
