At AIS Dubai, we value the strong partnership between our school and families. To keep parents fully informed, we maintain dedicated year-level communication channels in the form of group chats that connect families directly with school administration. Once a family joins our school from Pre-KG to Year 6, they are added to their designated year-level communication group.

In addition, we share a weekly newsletter every Friday, which includes updates from all departments, school-wide announcements, and highlights from events and activities. Each newsletter also contains a parent feedback form, enabling parents to provide anonymous feedback on any aspect of school life.
